The best way to find out about your potential new partner is to ask questions, but what do you actually ask without being thought of as intrusive. You need to keep it smooth and in a way that will not cause any upset.
Here are twenty easy going questions that will not get you into trouble, but will break the ice and help you to get to know your date even more:

What are the qualities of your ideal relationship?
Have you ever had your heart broken?
What scares you the most about opening your heart to your partner?

What do you like to do for fun?
What is the biggest mistake that people make on a first date?
What do you look for in a guy/ girl?
Define a truly successful relationship
What happened with your last relationship?
What were your life-changing moments?
What is the weirdest thing about you?
Are you cheap or thrifty?
Which is the one book that has really impressed you?
Would you have plastic surgery done on your body?

Tell me about your family/ best friend.
