Dating success is, understanding body language

Once you get past the messages, email and finally speaking on the phone, the next logical step would be to meet up with the person that you have found to be so charming or lovely. But just because the relationship has reached this far, it does not mean that everything stops. In fact meeting up is the next challenge.

So it is when you meet that the next step comes into force, this is your body language. To someone who only has a limited knowledge of body language how you sit, walk and just about do anything else can give you away.

The problem is that most of these signals from the body are part of your make up; you may not even know that you are making these gestures. In order that you understand the messages that you are giving away, it is a good idea to learn a little about body language and what your body is saying about you.
