Online dating works

We think that internet dating is a new concept, which in its current form it is. But in fact the idea of this sort of dating has been for some time, granted it may not have been as flashy or with so many people who experience it.

Well in fact to put the hole thing in perspective one couple who are experiencing their 25th wedding anniversary can actually claim to be the original trailblazers of internet dating.

Chris Dunn from New York and Pam Jensen from Chicago used the CompuServe CB simulator, which is essentially one of the earliest forms of an instant messenger service.

It’s great to see that early pioneers are still out there, it puts a bit of history into the whole business.
