Dating on the cheap

Well maybe we should not be taking cheap, as it does not really go in with the sense of importance that a first date could be to your entire life.

But what we are saying is, that just because your going out on a date, or in some cases several first dates, it may be a good idea to sort of start of slow. By this it is meant not paying out for extravagant meals or evenings out, but rather a more low key event.

There are plenty of options which not only cost very little, but this type of activity could actually help the couple get to know each other, these can be:

A walk in the park or along the river
Take out a DVD rental
Cook a nice meal at home
If the weather looks bad, take a large umbrella

These may seem silly dates, but imagine your girl in pouring rain, while someone else puts the umbrella up, who is the winner there?
