In the states over sixteen million people used online dating during 2007, these people had signed up to find someone who hopefully they could build a long term relationship with, but out of all of these people there is a huge amount who have ended up bitterly disappointed which should serve as a definite warning to those involved in the industry.

Around five and half million of those people who signed up with an online dating site have actually reported having a negative experience. With online dating being a relatively new industry these figures are quite shocking, that is over five million disappointed customers who are looking for a good service.

Naturally this is a quite different business to any other, as this is ruled by the heart; the only success of the industry is when a couple embark on a successful relationship, which in any case is hard thing. So to measure success in the manner could be wrong, success would be better followed by the feedback, which is brilliant.
