Students launch new online dating site

There has been unprecedented growth in the use of social networking sites; many of these are used by members to meet new and interesting people. This concept has got a couple of students from Surrey thinking and they have come up with Student Click a new type of social networking that gives students the opportunity to find that perfect partner.

The site is supposed to be a cross between social networking and speed dating, offering students from around the UK the opportunity to meet other students through online networking and speed dating, club nights and speed meeting events.

The idea is to remove the barriers that exist at the universities, i.e. students tend to stick with their peers. By offering the opportunity to meet up at social events.

Student Click will be launched in September this year, in all the main university cities in England.
